Help shape charity framework and objectives
Provide thought leadership
Review charity functioning on a quarterly basis
Review financial records on fund collection and allocation
Managing Trustee
Be responsible for the functioning of the charity
Roll out policies as decided by the Governing Council
Represent charity in Governing council meetings and provide status on its functioning
