Ritesh is a founding trustee for Pumpkin Seeds. A senior professional with a global multinational, Ritesh spends most of the working week on travel across the globe. An ambitious go getter at work, he takes pride in his ability to keep work and personal life separate. Ritesh is driven by two things in life; passion and compassion –passion for whatever one decides to do and compassion in everything one does. Ritesh lives in Maidenhead, United Kingdom with his wife Anubha and daughter Anaya.
Anubha is a founding trustee of Pumpkin Seeds. Anubha brings the gravitas and balance required to keep Pumpkin Seeds held to the ground. Anubha is a senior software manager. Those who have worked with her vouch they have never seen a more fierce colleague when defending her solution! Something that is hard to imagine for those who know her as a gentle, kind hearted soul. Anubha is the better, and more sociable, half of Ritesh and a watchful mother to Anaya.
A senior product development manager, Sanjeev comes from a family of renowned educationists. Sanjeev has held several board positions in a well known school in Rajasthan. Down to earth demeanour and no nonsense approach are often used as teh best way to describe Sanjeev. He lives with his wife Sneha and daughter Sarah in Bangalore, India.
Deepa Param Singhal is a Senior Business Leader. Her successful 15+ year professional career has been in Enterprise Software , Technology and Internet Industry working in United States and India. She has held Senior Leadership roles in companies like LinkedIn and Oracle. She has excellent track record of building multi-million dollar business and high performing teams from ground up. In her professional career, Deepa is passionate about building ‘Future leaders’.
